THE OPPORTUNITY:
We have partnered exclusively with a leading not-for-profit organisation in Melbourne’s Eastern suburbs whose mission is to help people within our community thrive in their everyday lives. To achieve this, they provide a holistic suite of support programs and services across employment, education, professional development, accommodation, art, and leisure.

THE ROLE:
This role requires you to:

Build upon the existing fundraising strategy, and determine new fundraising streams that align with the organisation’s growth plan
Develop donor proposals and presentations
Maintain and develop the current donor database
Manage fundraising activities and initiatives to meet annual targets
Manage relationships with key stakeholders
ABOUT YOU:

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU MUST HAVE:
Sound understanding of fundraising campaigns, events, and programs
A variety of fundraising experience across a combination of community fundraising, bequests, regular/individual giving, or major gifts
Experience creating fundraising programs
Experience writing fundraising grants
Experience managing and growing donor portfolios
Exceptional stakeholder and relationship management skills
Experience pitching fundraising proposals and securing grants
A strategic mind with experience executing strategies successfully
In addition, you will be required to obtain a current National Police and Working with Children Check.

THE OFFER:
This is a full-time, permanent position based in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne with hybrid working options. A salary of up to $110K + Super (commensurate with experience), plus NFP salary packaging is on offer. Part-time candidates are also encouraged to apply as this role can be offered with some flexibility.
