    About the paper
    We have an outstanding opportunity for a Team Coordinator to broaden their experience across a wide range of corporate communications roles. This is a dream role for someone looking to take the next step in their communications career.

Scope of the role includes:
 
 Writing/editing internal communications as required for various channels 
 Supporting the delivery of digital communications – emails, e-newsletters, intranet updates, social (LinkedIn), digital content for screens 
 Managing delivery of internal programs and campaigns liaising with locations and offices as required 
 Event co-ordination including working with key business stakeholders, event set-up, event communications, travel booking, liaison with suppliers and other event co-ordination tasks as required. 
 Graphic design of simple communication tools – posters, postcards, screens, social media assets and presentation development and editing. 
 Financial admin for the team including set up of suppliers in the system, keeping track of the suppliers and processing invoices. 
 Support and administration of charity/donations and sponsorship process 
 Managing stakeholder feedback channels (various email and social accounts) 
 Managing corporate merchandise orders and distribution 
 About You
 Perhaps you are someone who has already started their career journey and you are looking to join a great in-house team where you will build on your existing corporate communication skills or maybe you are a team coordinator or recent graduate looking to build on your general corporate experience and learn the skills in takes to succeed in corporate communication. Most importantly, you have a customer-focused approach and a continuous learning mindset, and you know how to liaise effectively with your stakeholders to get the best outcomes. You have the appetite to support the team to be their best, and you thrive in a fast-paced, creative, professional, and driven team where your ideas and input are valued. You are keen to learn, you are highly organised and you know how multitask whist keeping your eye on the detail.
 Key skills and experience required include;
 
 High level of verbal and written communication skills including content creation and editing 
 Content Management system experience 
 Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills 
 Intermediate skills in using Adobe Photoshop (Creative Suite a bonus), need at least basic editing experience 
 Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (particularly PowerPoint) 
 A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, busy environment. 
 Desired Skills and experience include;
 
 Tertiary qualifications in one of the following disciplines Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Events or Business 
 Talent in photography or videography 
 2+ years’ experience in a communications/event/marketing coordinator role
